Guidance
Welcome! I am one of the School Counselors at Stafford Intermediate School. I work with students on social, emotional, and academic goals to ensure a successful school year. I have many goals as a School Counselor in the Stafford School District: to engage students in activities that promote positive peer relationships, develop strong social skills, cope with difficult and stressful situations, and how to advocate for themselves and others. Some of the services I provide are individual counseling, group counseling, classroom lessons and more! I am looking forward to a great school year!
My name is Kelsey Molzon and I have worked in the Stafford Township School District since July 2018. I am currently a school counselor at the Stafford Intermediate School, as well as our district's Student Assistance Coordinator (SAC). While completing my Master's degree in School Counseling at Kean University, I was fortunate enough to work at Stafford Intermediate as a Main Office secretary for several years. Upon completing my graduate program and earning my Master's degree in December 2022, I was given the opportunity to transition into a school counselor role at our Intermediate School. As a school counselor, I work with our students both individually and in group settings to help them to achieve personal and academic goals, provide social and emotional support, and build problem solving skills, social skills and communication skills to help them grow and succeed in and out of school.
